Growing in our Faith & Fellowship....
Community Christian Youth Center (ICKY'S)
St. Mark’s is a founding partner of a new youth center that opened in the summer of 2014. This ecumenical venture of local churches seeks to serve the needs of young people from 5th grade through 12th grade. ICKY'S is a safe place for young people to gather, to build relationships, and to promote sound character and a living faith. ICKY'S is a perfect setting for youth meetings, concerts, service projects, and is also available to rent for private functions. ICKY'S is located at 125 North 27th Street in Fort Dodge.

Manna Meal
An ecumenical program involving many downtown Fort Dodge Churches, Manna meal operates twice a month on Saturday to serve wholesome meals to low income people. The meal is free of charge and each participating congregation hosts the meal twice a year. St. Mark’s hosts a meal in the fall. Our parishioners donate the food as well as serve it. We also donate items not purchasable with food stamps such as toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, garbage bags, etc. for a Bingo game, which is played after the meal is served. The location of the meal is the basement fellowship hall of First United Methodist Church, at 127 North 10th Street in Fort Dodge.
